9 out of 10 times you'll probably catch me in a starbucks because I'm addicted to coffee. I know that many starving artist that spend major time in coffee shops probably look down at starbucks because it's too commercial and as artists we're all about not conforming, but hey let's face it people, starbucks is easy access...key word....EASY....it's like crotchless panties, no work, less time....is good....and who in their right mind doesn't like that more time?...but me, I don't discriminate. Coffee is coffee, but there is just something so quaint about a local coffee shop and I just discovered a new one I never knew existed in midtown. Maybe it reminds you of the show friends, so neighborly, the place you go to hang out with good people, or it makes you feel good because you know that just by sitting at this little shop sipping your cup of coffee it is benefiting people just like you, small business owners. Regardless, I'm sitting here enjoying a nice sunny day, pumping my veins full of caffeine and I just wanted to share a picture with you.
This is Erikka and David in midtown. I absolutely love midtown because their is color everywhere. You can walk two blocks and find great photo-shoot location and in odd places! That is the best part...have you ever walked passed something everyday and all of a sudden you see it in a photograph and somehow it looks different to you? You would never imagine, but this little photo was taken in a space that is literally 3 feet long right between an art store and a restaurant. If you blink you'll miss it. Seriously.
David and Erikka are getting married in May. He's tall and handsome and she's a petite blond so I'm imagining a beautiful and model-ques bridal party. Oh...beautiful bridal parties makes me feel butterflies. It's like finding the perfect dress. It makes you feel skinny and good all over. I know you feel me. :)
