Outer Space | Esther Eric's Wedding

I photographed Esther and Eric's Wedding in Pittsburgh a couple of weeks ago. It was so excited, maybe I'm a little vain, but beautiful bridal parties makes me giddy. I'm so backed up with engagement shoots right now that it usually takes me a a couple of weeks to actually be able to look at some of my wedding pictures, but Esther requested some thank you cards with a picture from her reception so I sat down today and picked out some pictures of her and Eric that I thought would look good on her cards.

There is this photo shop technique where you use the noise filter and levels to create stars. I've tried this technique several times before to no avail and tonight was the same story! I always think I'm doing something wrong, but I've looked at so many tutorials and forums I'm crossed-eyed and trust me there I cannot see anything I'm doing wrong. So after two hours I decided to do a composite of two pictures and that literally took five minutes! Oh, the trials and tribulations of a photographer can make you pull your hair out.



The kind of look like they are on the moon or something. :)



Their daughter was a true daddy's girl! She wanted to be with Eric all through reception and can you believe how great Esther looks with small two children?



Probably more later when I get around to editing the full album. I can't wait until Esther and Eric's day after shoot. I have a feeling that it's going to be amazing!
