Sweet Endings | Lisa + Jason @ Garre Winery in Livermore, CA

Lisa and Jason rented out this beautiful house on the top of some hills in Livermore for the week of their wedding. They are both in the military and are currently overseas and I think was the best spot to enjoy their wedding week. The view was spectacular and I think I would've been breathless if I wasn't already driving up the winding roads to get there. Curvy roads scare me and my 2 wheel drive car is not the best equipped for that kind of thing. On the limo ride to reception Lisa's daughter got a nose bleed that ended her up in the hospital so for a while wedding plans were sort of up in the air, but luckily the hospital released her and although she came back with a different dress, I thought that the yellow they put her in really actually helped the pictures. After sort of a rough beginning the reception ended smoothly and beautifully with the most awesome pictures to boot. Thank you Lisa and Jason for letting me be a part of your day.

I've seen lots of bridal shoes, but these have to be my favorite.

I wonder what her dad was saying because she laughed all the way down the aisle.

This light is sooo beautiful.

I actually thought I didn't get one good shot in this area, since it was so windy here we only stood in the doorway for a few frames, but the doorway was so nice, with such great light I'm glad it turned out!

The guests flew from all over and it was such a small guestlist I figured that a fun group shot was worth it.

I love this idea as a focal point to the dance floor. Great for a summer wedding and can go with all colors!

There's just something so endearing about mothers and sons and how sometimes teenagers out grow their mothers. Reminds me of my mom, I guess.

Now, that is what I call a slice of cake!
